For items damaged in transit or quality concerns, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product to help us assess the claim.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a return, replacement, or refund is applicable based on food safety guidelines.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite Cocoba treats or issue a refund to your original payment method.
